2. Booking inquiries
Submissions made via the Book Us page, including submissions made through the price calculator's "Request This Quote" feature, are booking inquiries only. They do not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only once agreed directly with our team, in writing.
3. Pricing
Prices shown in our online calculator are indicative estimates, excluding VAT (TVA 20%). Final pricing is confirmed by our team based on your specific event requirements and may differ from the online estimate.
4. Cancellations, deposits and payment terms

Full cancellation, deposit, and payment terms are confirmed in your individual service agreement at time of booking.
5. Event access and logistics
The client is responsible for ensuring adequate access, space, and any required permits for our truck, cart, or barista setup at the agreed event location. Specific logistical requirements will be confirmed ahead of the event.
