When you submit the contact or booking form on our Book Us page, we collect the information you provide:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Event type
- Event date
- Location
- Format preference (Truck, Cart, Barista, or Cold Brew Only)
- Guest count
- Any additional message you choose to include
If you use our price calculator's "Request This Quote" feature, your calculator selections and the estimated total are submitted alongside the form so we can prepare an accurate quote.
We do not currently collect analytics or cookie-based tracking data. This policy will be updated if that changes.
3. Why we collect it
We collect this information solely to respond to your booking and event inquiries, and to prepare accurate quotes for prospective clients.
4. How it's stored
Submitted data is stored securely in our database and is not shared with third parties except as necessary to respond to your inquiry (for example, internal team coordination within Brew on Wheels).
5. How long we keep it
We retain inquiry data for 3 years from your last contact with us if no booking proceeds. For confirmed bookings, invoicing and related records are retained for 10 years in accordance with French accounting law.
